The options were LCD with 120Hz refresh rate and AMOLED display. Later the tweet was deleted after 89% opted for AMOLED display. So, there is a chance that the display will be LCD. But a recent tweet reveal that it will be the brightest Redmi Note ever. This might be equal to the brightness of iPhone 12 pro, which has a typical brightness of 800nits.

Moving to the fingerprint sensor, there is a rear fingerprint sensor on the Redmi Note 10 and a side mounted fingerprint sensor on the Redmi Note 10 pro. The rumoured specifications for the Redmi Note 10 are Snapdragon 600 series chipset (maybe Snapdragon 678), IPS LCD screen, 48MP Quad camera and a centre punch hole camera for selfies.
